Its December, nearing Christmas, and like a lot of people, this time of year has made me think about goals. PBscience launches officially in January, so that is in the very forefront of my mind!

In this blog, I hope to give you an insight into what my role as a sport scientist and cycling coach entails. I'll be sharing my thoughts on working with athletes; how I plan their peak performances; the processes I use to help them towards these peaks; and also, sharing with you how it feels to be a part of their success!
