Post-season workshop 2010 |

The post-season workshop this year (Saturday 13th November) will copy the successful format we employed for the Spring workshop - with a morning training ride followed by an afternoon of presentations from the PBscience team. The location will be the David Lloyd Club in Eastbourne. This workshop is a chance to enjoy a social ride with other PBscience athletes as well as taking on board some useful information that will help your winter training.

- To met socially with other riders, and a chance to ride in different scenery
- To introduce 3 concepts to help you maximise your winter's training
