			<description>If the logistics of logging on, uploading a file and tapping out a diary entry straight away are simply unworkable (as they often are for me in the morning), one thing you can do is make notes while they're fresh and write them up later. It needn't even be a written note. In the past I've used the voice recorder function on my mobile to record a few spoken comments while I'm waiting for the kettle to boil in the office kitchen. Funny looks from colleagues? Occasionally. But does that really matter? - oli roberts</description>

			<description>I liked this blog comment. One of the things i really appreciate about this coaching is the review of my training and race data and the feedback that follows. I try to upload my data each day, but there's room for improvement in my training comments i can see now, especially as i will benefit directly as a result of doing so.
