You will see that your coach will provide you with your training plan delivered in four week blocks according to the periodisation agreed in your initial consultation. Where you are required to make your own decisions is if you need to deviate from the plan in any way. Rearranging the training sessions due to other commitments or illness is ultimately up to you. There is no need to panic here - plenty of guidance is provided in the Member Plan area and the PBscience library. If things go badly wrong, or you need assurance or extra help, your coach is simply a phone call away. Additional phone consultation is easily booked on the call time list. |
