When you subscribe to PBscience for your cycle coaching, you will have access to an online training diary. This forms the main communication between you, the athlete, and the PBscience coaching team:
- Following your lab test, the coach will write you a programme and upload this onto your online training diary
- You do the training, and keep your online diary up to date.
- The coach will use this information along with the email and telephone contact to update and refine your training plan.
Our online training centre is powered by Training Peaks. Its the best tool available for storing training data, and your use of the system is fully covered within the subscription to PBscience. Visit Training Peaks for a full demonstration of the facility. Below is a summary of what you can expect.

Plan
Plan and Schedule Your Season
The Annual Training Plan Wizard is the ultimate training and planning intelligence.
Use the wizard to enter your season's races and main goals. Within minutes, you can see the overall shape of your year, allowing you and the coach to focus on the details.
Access a library of more than 470 workouts to fine tune your training and racing.
Combine with TrainingPeaks WKO+ desktop software for the most powerful and complete analysis of your training and racing.
Athletes on the Member plan can use this facility to design their season with the Annual Training Plan Wizard (Virtual Coach).Watch a How To Video.

Maximize Your Training Time
Schedule your training and meals on the Calendar or in the Spreadsheet. Both views are customizable to best fit your needs. Copy, edit or delete as needed. Drag and drop days, weeks and even months of workouts and meals to fit your schedule. Set goals and check them off as you complete them.
Use the Calendar for a quick view of your upcoming schedule by day, week or month.
Change your schedule and edit in place using the Spreadsheet view.
View previous schedules on the second Calendar or watch your Dashboard charts and graphs change based on the time period selected on the calendar.

Diary
See Exactly What You Did
Analyze your activities in the Journal. Manually enter data such as Distance, Time or Calories Burned. Or, upload your device using WKO+ or the free Device Agent for Mac or PC and watch the fields fill automatically with Elevation Gain, Speed, Heart Rate, Power, and more, depending on your device.
Select what you want to track from a library of pods including: Equipment, Routes, Laps & Splits, Critical Power, Heartrate Distribution and others.
Comment on how the session went, allowing an automated email to arrive in your Coach's inbox for effective communication
Data
How did the session go?
Replay your workout in the File Viewer showing key metrics like Heart Rate, Power, Speed, Distance and, when combined with GPS, a map of your route.
Share the File Viewer with your friends by email or Facebook.
Mapping

TrainingPeaks is compatible with the file formats for over 70+ devices, including heart rate monitors, power meters, GPS devices, and more.
Upload workouts from your device by usingTrainingPeaks WKO+, the TrainingPeaks Device Agent, or manually via the Files pod in the TrainingPeaks Personal Edition Journal.
Export GPS maps to Google Earth or Google Maps.
Download original power or heart rate files for further analysis in TrainingPeaks WKO+.

Plan and Track Your Meals
Easily find foods in the Nutrition Library from a selection of more than 50,000 items, then plan or record your meal in the Journal.
Watch the stats and charts change in real time showing such useful information as cholesterol, protein, fat, carbohydrates, calories and more as you add foods to the meal.
Track the number and percentage of calories and grams from fat, protein, carbohydrates and fiber on the Macronutrients pod.
Mark frequently recorded foods as Favorites to find even faster next time.
