Before an athlete can ready themselves for performance, it is essential to build solid endurance - performance is like the building of a house, the taller the building, the deeper the foundations need to go.
Unfortunately, the nature of endurance work is time consuming - the necessary training stress requires moderate intensity for extended periods of time: there are no shortcuts! However, we have developed some sessions to maximise the efficiency of training this ability.
